Christmas Lights

In the summer,
fountains flow.
Little children, jumping, 
to and from.

Today, beautiful Christmas lights
are on display. 
The star of Bethlehem, 
leads the way.

The lights so bright.
The trees so tall.

The cityscape.
The boats are gone.
Ducks still swim.
Nice and warm.

Beautiful lights.
Red and bright.
Takes the darkness, 
out of the night.
